The British Academy Postgraduate Scholarships for the academic year beginning September 1, 2022, will be awarded to students who are nationals of countries outside the United Kingdom and who will be undertaking postgraduate research at a UK institution.

The scheme is open to all subjects, including

  • Humanities,
  • Social Sciences and the
  • Creative Arts,
  • but not to medicine or dentistry.

Applicants must be

  • registered as a student at a UK institution and
